ShipOrScrap collects only what's needed to run the service. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI models.
What we collect
Your email address when you sign up, the conversations and ideas you submit, and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate your account, display your conversation history, and send essential account emails (e.g. password reset). Nothing else.
Third parties
Your messages are sent to AI model providers to generate responses. They are not stored beyond the request. We use Supabase for database and authentication — your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Cookies
We use session cookies only to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data
Delete your account and your data is permanently removed within 30 days. To request a copy or correction of your data, contact us through the app.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
